Account & Registration

Registering a clubmyr account is free and takes less than 3 minutes. Go to the Register, enter your phone number or email address, set a strong password, and verify your phone number via OTP. Once verified, your account is immediately active and ready to use. You must be 18 or older to register.

No. Each user is only allowed one active account at clubmyr. Holding multiple accounts violates our Terms and Conditions and may result in the termination of all associated accounts. If you've forgotten your existing account details, use the password reset function or contact our support team for account recovery assistance.

To complete the identity verification (KYC) process, you will need to provide:
  • Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) – front and back
  • A selfie holding your ID card
  • Recent bank statement or proof of address (if required)
The KYC process is typically completed within 1–2 business days. This verification is mandatory for withdrawals above certain limits and ensures the security of all transactions.

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings > Security > Change Password. Enter your current password, then set and confirm a new password. Withdrawals & Payments

Withdrawals to local bank accounts and eWallets are processed within 24–48 hours on business days. Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. To speed up the process, ensure your bank account details are complete and your KYC verification is finalised.

Withdrawal limits at clubmyr are as follows:
  • Minimum: MYR 30 per transaction
  • Daily maximum: MYR 50,000
  • Weekly maximum: MYR 200,000
